Receiving stock is simple with screens designed for
rapid data entry. Speed and efficiency are enhanced by the ability to
receive against one or more purchase orders at the one time. Once the
details of goods are entered into the system, stock is tracked until dispatch.

Oberon
will track your perishable goods and inspection codes for quarantine.
You can also utilise commodity codes, shipping marks and brand names.
TiHi configurations for storage can be used where required. Stock
movement is tracked and you can conduct an audit to view activity for
stock items. To further simplify your operations, item details may be
stored within the system, for example, order quantities and re-order
levels.

Oberon allows you to apply an order against clients.
Alternatively, Point of Sale orders are also possible. TiHi
configurations may be specified at the time of ordering and a time slot
for delivery may also be nominated at this time. |

A warehouse pick list can be generated automatically from within the orders screen
at the touch of a button. Alternatively a pick list may be generated
using multiple orders to help minimize labour.

Whether you are dispatching goods using your own fleet or using a third
party carrier, dispatch with Oberon is a breeze. Automated purchase orders
may be linked with the dispatch screen so that when an item is dispatched the purchase order is generated and posted automatically.
For companies with their own fleet, Oberon
may be linked with LABERG’s courier application, Titan.
This is an
extremely powerful application that handles every stage of freight
movement from booking through to dispatch, transportation and customer
service. Using the Distribution and Titan systems in concert has
distinct benefits - when products are shipped the stock levels are
automatically adjusted, low stock levels are automatically flagged, and
you have the advantage of an integrated system environment.
