further! RouteRecorder is the simple way to assess transit time between
locations for a route. You will be able to streamline each route to ensure that
driving time is minimised, all at the press of a button.
How does it work?

When the driver reaches each destination a fixed location barcode is scanned.
Time, date and location information are captured and when the driver returns to
the depot this data is downloaded. The application then produces a listing of
the date and time of each scan, along with the driver identification number.

Time intervals between locations are calculated allowing you to determine
the efficiency of the route.

RouteRecorder is compatible with the Flic
barcode scanner. This scanner operates in either real-time tethered mode
or batch storage mode, offering a 500 bar code memory that can easily be
uploaded for processing. It will instantly read all common barcodes, from 2.5 to
7 inches and small codes down to 10 mil.
