Transport Management System: Rates Entry

Our Freight System Rates Entry service saves you the time consuming task of setting up the rates for Titan. Our rating system can handle all types of rating situations and therefore can be technically complex to set up. Let us do all the hard work for you!

All you need to do is email us the rates for any service provider you use - including courier companies, freight forwarding companies, mail services etc. Within seven working days we will email your completed Rates File (see below). Titan will then automatically pick up the new rates. It couldn't be simpler!

We need to know your exact requirements for Rates entry. You may by using standard Courier, Freight Company or Mail Service rates, in which case you only need to provide us with each company's standard rates table of charges.

In cases where you're on special contract rates, we need all the specifics of how the rates are formulated. In both cases, we need the information provided to us, via email, in one of the following file formats:

• A text-only file

• Microsoft Word file (any version for the PC)

• A scanned document.

Please note: The information you provide for us must include all formulae, tables etc needed to enter the rates into the system.

Rates: We charge a standard rate of $60 (Australian) per hour for all rates formulation work.

Time Frame: On receipt of your rates information, we can send you a completed rates file usually within 7 working days. If we anticipate delays for any reason, notification will be given via email.
