Product Supply Questionnaire

While we have many and varied total solutions for small business, we place a special emphasis on flexibility and customisation. 

Our software is comprised of user interface components that are brought together to create forms that fit your needs exactly. All our components are built on the concepts of inheritance. EG: should you want to recharge freight costs to departments you will find this feature included in the interface, the data structures will store this information, reports work with it, and the help system tells you about freight recharging. However, should you not need freight recharging in your software, it will not appear at all.

Custom reports, forms and programs can be integrated without a software compilation. This means that you can customize the application to fit your needs without requiring modifications to the software from us. Together this creates a system that is extremely powerful, suited for both simple and complex applications. But most importantly, the system can grow with your business.

The purpose of this questionnaire is simply to find out what your needs are. Just as you would never implement a system without first analysing what the business needs, so we would never attempt to fit the application to your business without first establishing your needs. Because some of our clients require integration of more than one of our software modules we use this questionnaire to determine what software modules you will require.

Our systems are self-installing, but sometimes substantial system configuration is required. It depends on the complexity of the application. Installations outside the Sydney metropolitan area will be subject to extra expenses to cover airfares and accommodation. 

We will require on-site training

Our systems include online help and we provide net-based training however, it has been our experience that personal training is an important first step in a successful implementation. Training outside the Sydney metropolitan area will be subject to extra expenses to cover airfares and accommodation.
