and conditions and by placing an order you are agreeing to the
Terms and Conditions outlined in this website.
2. Complete our Order Form:
All orders must be in writing. You may send your order via FAX

3. Delivery Charges: apply to all orders. These
charges are based on weight and distance. A quote on delivery
charges will be provided once the order is received.
4. Payment: An order be processed once full payment
has been received (approved clients excluded). Payment may be
made by cheque or direct deposit. Details will be provided once
the order has been received.
Should you have any difficulty downloading our Order
Form, please provide us with the following details to
place an order:
1. Your Full Name or Company
2. Your Address*
3. Your Contact Phone number
4. Your contact Fax number (where applicable)
5. Your Email address (where applicable)
6. The list of items you are ordering, each with the
following:
- The ordering code
- The product name
- The quantity required
- The product price inc GST
* Please note that items will be shipped to the above
delivery address. LABERG Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for
incorrect address details.
