Transport Management System: Tasks and Timesheet Processing

Timesheets may either be entered
locally or we have designed a system of timesheets that links to Microsoft Outlook
tasks. Tasks can be assigned to resources through Microsoft Outlook. When those tasks
are activated they send in Microsoft Outlook journals to a central site. The central
site includes our human resources system for project costing and rating.
Through this system resources can be
deployed remotely while retaining centralized reporting and project management.
The system produces
both resource costs and invoices to clients
